FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Price Match
    If an item you order from us goes on sale within 10 days of your original purchase we will refund the difference. Email your invoice to (Sanquon Email here)
  • Holiday returns
    During the month of December, SanQuon will extend its return window. Orders must be postmarked by January 15th to receive credit for exchange or refund. Items must be in 'new' condition with all original tags attached. When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid (Credit Card/ Paypal/ Google Checkout). These refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing the returned package.
  • Return policy
    All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the packages arrival. Exceptions are made during the holiday period (see below). Returned items must be in 'new' condition and not worn nor washed. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the Order ID (located on invoice) and the requested action: refund or exchange. Intimates and swimwear may not be returned. ***All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
